Terms of use.

Effective October 8, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and BizRizz ("BizRizz", "we", "us") for the BizRizz iPhone app and this website. By using BizRizz you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data and is part of these terms.

What BizRizz does

BizRizz connects to the Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft Teams and Slack accounts you choose, puts your waiting messages in one list ranked by who is waiting on you, and drafts replies for you to review. Gmail connects through Unipile until Google approves BizRizz's own access.

You always send

BizRizz never sends anything on its own. Every reply goes out only when you slide to send it. Drafts are written by AI and can be wrong, incomplete or not what you meant, so read each one before you send it. You are responsible for the messages you send, as if you had written them yourself.

Your accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
• Connect only accounts you are allowed to use, and follow your employer's rules for work accounts. A company administrator may block BizRizz from a work account.
• You let BizRizz access your connected accounts only to show, rank, alert you about and draft replies to your messages, and to send the replies you approve. You can disconnect any account at any time.
• Keep your Apple account secure. Activity in BizRizz under your account is your responsibility.

Subscriptions and the free trial

• BizRizz costs $4.99 a week or $129.99 a year, in US dollars. Prices in other countries are shown in the App Store before you buy.
• New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your plan starts and you are charged.
• Payment is charged to your Apple account. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone's Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the period ends.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. Use Restore purchases in the app if you reinstall or change phones.
• Each person can create up to 20 drafts a day, one per message answered with its adjustments included. The count resets at midnight.
• When a friend starts a trial with your invite link, you each get a free week, as offered in the app. Invite rewards have no cash value.

Acceptable use

Do not use BizRizz to send spam, harass anyone, break the law or other people's rights, get around a service's limits or security, or reverse engineer or resell BizRizz. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your content

Your messages, drafts, rules and facts belong to you. You give us permission to process them only as needed to run BizRizz for you, as the privacy policy describes. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not train AI models on it.

Other services

BizRizz relies on services we do not control, including Apple, Google, Microsoft, Slack, Unipile and Anthropic. Their terms apply to your use of them, and if one changes or stops working, parts of BizRizz may stop working too. We are not responsible for those services.

Apple

These terms are between you and BizRizz, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for BizRizz or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. If BizRizz fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to BizRizz, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection or intellectual property claims; BizRizz is. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm that you are not in a country subject to a US government embargo and are not on a US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Ending your use

You can stop using BizRizz at any time and delete your account from Settings in the app. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription; cancel that in your iPhone's Settings. We may end or suspend access if you break these terms, or stop offering BizRizz with reasonable notice.

Disclaimers and limits

BizRizz is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, including that BizRizz will be uninterrupted or error free, that rankings or alerts will catch every message, or that drafts will be accurate. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or opportunities, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for BizRizz in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California, unless the law where you live gives you a different right.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. When we do, we update this page and its effective date, and tell you in the app before a significant change takes effect. Questions: support@bizrizz.app.
