Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft Teams chats and Slack. Outlook and Teams share one Microsoft sign-in. In Slack, BizRizz covers your DMs, mentions and threads, plus channels you add. Teams covers chats, not channels.

No. A reply goes out only when you slide to send it, and you have one minute to undo. BizRizz never deletes, archives, moves or marks read anything in your accounts.

Some companies require an administrator to approve new apps. BizRizz shows a request you can send to your IT team. Once they approve it, connect the account again.

At launch, Gmail connects through Unipile, which has Google-approved access, while Google reviews BizRizz's own access. When that review is done, the app asks you to reconnect Gmail once and it connects directly. Your rules stay the same.

Each person gets up to 20 drafts a day, one per message answered with Shorter, Warmer, Firmer, More detail and variants included. The count resets at midnight. You can still write and send replies yourself.

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. To cancel, open your iPhone's Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then BizRizz. To restore a plan on a new phone, tap Restore purchases in BizRizz Settings. Refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

In BizRizz, open Settings and tap Delete account. It removes your account and our server data, disconnects every connected account and ends Sign in with Apple. Cancel your subscription in your iPhone's Settings too, since deleting the account does not stop Apple billing.

Yes. Folded, BizRizz is one list on the outer screen. Open, the list and the reply sit side by side, and folding or opening keeps your place, your draft and the slider.

Our server sees who wrote, the subject and the time, never message text. Ranking happens on your phone. The privacy policy lists exactly what each part sees.
