BizRizz

Your mail stays yours.

Privacy policy · Effective October 9, 2026

BizRizz is an iPhone app that puts your email and messages in one list, ranked by who is waiting on you, and drafts each reply in your voice. This policy explains what BizRizz collects, which part of BizRizz sees it, and what never leaves your control. "BizRizz", "we" and "us" mean the makers of the BizRizz app and this website.

The server sees who wrote, about what and when. Message text moves only between your accounts, the phone, Unipile for Gmail, and, one conversation at a time, Claude.

How it works

On your phone

The BizRizz app ranks your list on your iPhone, using Apple's on-device model and your rules, and keeps what is waiting in an encrypted store on the phone. It fetches message bodies straight from Outlook, Teams and Slack, and from Gmail through Unipile, and sends your replies the same way. Drafts live only on your phone.

Our server

Our server keeps your connected accounts' sign-in tokens, encrypted. When a new message arrives it records the sender, subject and time, so it can alert you when someone is waiting on you and build your evening digest. Alerts show the sender's name and the subject, or the chat name, on your lock screen, never message text. It never stores message bodies or attachments.

Gmail through Unipile

At launch, Gmail connects through Unipile, a service with Google-approved access to Gmail. Unipile handles your Gmail sign-in and passes your Gmail messages between Gmail and your phone. It never sees your Outlook, Teams or Slack accounts, or your drafts. Once Google approves BizRizz's own Gmail access, Gmail connects directly, you reconnect Gmail once, and Unipile no longer handles your Gmail.

Drafts by Claude

When you open a message, just that conversation, your rules and your saved facts go to Claude, Anthropic's AI, to write your draft. Your How you sound answers count as your rules. When you adjust a draft or tap Doesn't sound like you, the previous draft and your feedback go with that conversation. Anthropic processes it under zero data retention: nothing is kept and nothing is used for training. You can decline drafts during setup or turn off Drafts by Anthropic in Settings at any time.

What we never do

Your account and payments

You sign in with Apple, so BizRizz has no passwords. Subscriptions are bought and billed through your Apple account; we never see your payment card. Our payments provider, RevenueCat, tells our server whether you have an active plan. If you ask for receipts by email, our server sends them to the address you enter. We keep that address only if you enter one, and delete it with your account.

Analytics and crash reports

We use PostHog to count events such as setup steps reached and replies sent, with an anonymous ID and the app version. Session replay and screen-text capture are off. Crash and error reports have message text removed before they are sent. Neither ever contains your message text or email addresses.

Google user data

BizRizz's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Gmail data is used only to show your messages, rank them on your phone, alert you, draft the replies you ask for and send the replies you approve. It is never used for advertising, never sold, never used to train AI models, and never read by people, except with your permission, for security, or where the law requires.

Keeping and deleting your data

Sender, subject and time records are kept for 14 days, then deleted. Your sign-in tokens, settings and rules are kept until you disconnect the account or delete your BizRizz account.

To delete everything, open Settings in the app and tap Delete account. This removes your account and our server data, disconnects every connected account and ends Sign in with Apple. You can also remove BizRizz's access at any time from your Google, Microsoft or Slack account settings.

Children

BizRizz is made for work and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes, we update this page and the effective date above, and tell you in the app before a change that affects what each part sees. Questions or requests about your data: support@bizrizz.app.
